Finalist of the Kurier High Potential '09

  • Round 1: Application documents 

Our experts view your curriculum, motivational write and your concept on "times, which require potential." 

  • Round 2: Online Potential Analysis 

Early or mid-April, the top-60 high potential employees will be asked to edit an online-potential analysis. 

  • Round 3: Interviews 

The expert consultants conduct personal interviews with the top 40 high-potential candidates.

  • Round 4: Decision of the jury 

A jury decides which 6 candidates reach the final. 

  • Round 5: Final Event on 26/05/2009 at Deloitte 

The candidates have to answer questions in an interview and present their concepts on a specified topic. Afterwards the jury decides who gets the title of "Kurier High Potential 09" and the prize money of € 3.000.
